Bolshoi Ballet
1970-2008 | Koninklijk Theater Carré | Sterren van het Bolshoi Ballet, Zwanenmeer, Spartacus, The Bright Stream
In the 70s Stardust founder Henk van der Heijden brought Prima Ballerina Galina Ulanova to The Netherlands for Sterren van het Bolshoi Ballet.
In 2008 the Bolshoi Ballet resumed this performance, conducted by the Grand Orchestra of the Bolshoi Theater, in Carré Amsterdam. The performance featured 226 ballet dancers.
The Bolshoi Ballet introduced The Swan Lake and Spartacus, two signature Russian acts, to The Netherlands.
